About this role
B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group seeks an experienced Chief Engineer to oversee all engineering and maintenance operations at the 229-room Courtyard by Marriott Tysons McLean. You'll manage building systems, ensure guest comfort and safety, and lead a dedicated maintenance team across a full-service hotel with meeting spaces and F&B facilities.
What you'll do
- Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations for the hotel property
- Manage building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment
- Lead and supervise the engineering/maintenance team
- Ensure guest rooms, common areas, and meeting spaces are well-maintained
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs
- Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations
