About this role

Bot Auto seeks a new graduate Algorithm Engineer to develop and optimize deep learning models for autonomous truck perception, mapping, and planning. You'll work on state-of-the-art vision and end-to-end architectures while collaborating across simulation and control teams in a fast-growing startup environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop, train, and optimize deep learning models for autonomous driving perception and planning tasks
  • Execute full ML workflow including data curation, analysis, experimentation, and hyperparameter tuning
  • Collaborate with simulation, infrastructure, and planning teams to integrate models into production pipelines
  • Monitor latest research in computer vision and generative AI; benchmark SOTA methods on real-world problems
  • Verify model performance metrics and conduct rigorous evaluation of vision components
  • Participate in end-to-end architecture design spanning perception, mapping, and planning
