About this role

Build is seeking a Solutions Engineer to eliminate manual workflow drag for real estate professionals by creating internal tools, integrations, and automations that connect the AI platform with day-to-day systems. You'll own end-to-end solutions that transform tedious, repeated tasks into automated processes, directly multiplying team productivity.

What you'll do

  • Build internal tools and automations to eliminate repetitive manual work from the delivery team
  • Integrate the platform with existing systems and data sources the team uses daily
  • Automate handoffs between people, agents, and data that currently require human intervention
  • Instrument operations to identify bottlenecks and measure time spent on different workflows
  • Convert ad-hoc scripts into reliable, maintainable tools the entire team can use
  • Collaborate directly with users to understand pain points and gather feedback for continuous improvement
