TechOps Engineer

About this role

Join Candid Health's TechOps team to build automated infrastructure systems that support healthcare innovation. You'll balance hands-on support with strategic projects like MDM migration and zero-trust security implementation, working in a startup environment where technical operations drives real business value.

What you'll do

• Automate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to scale with company growth
• Lead critical infrastructure projects including Apple MDM platform migration and Just-in-Time access automation
• Manage endpoint and application security using MDM tools, AutoPkg, and zero-trust frameworks
• Troubleshoot and resolve root causes of infrastructure issues rather than applying quick fixes
• Implement SSO, SAML, and MFA across business applications
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and People Ops teams to deliver secure, user-friendly tools
