About this role
Join Centerfield as a Frontend Engineer Intern for a 6-month hybrid role building consumer-facing web applications for high-traffic sites. You'll develop responsive interfaces using React and Next.js while learning to leverage AI agents and custom workflows to accelerate delivery, contributing to real features shipped to millions of users.
What you'll do
- Build and ship consumer-facing web applications from greenfield projects and redesigns of existing high-traffic sites
- Develop responsive, accessible front-end experiences using React, Next.js, and TypeScript integrated with back-end APIs
- Use and extend custom AI development tools including agents, skills, and workflow commands to accelerate feature delivery
- Experiment with novel applications of AI agents to engineering problems and share findings with the team
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business goals into shipped features
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, build, code review, deployment, and iteration
