About this role

Join Chime's Membership team as a full-stack engineer building features that drive member engagement, retention, and value. You'll own projects end-to-end across backend services and mobile experiences, working cross-functionally to ship metrics-driven solutions.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and scale membership features across backend services and front-end surfaces
  • Build and iterate on APIs and UI components for Chime's mobile app
  • Partner with product, design, and data teams to define experiments and ship impactful solutions
  • Apply data-driven decision-making to prioritize work based on member and business impact
  • Own projects end-to-end from architecture and API design to polished front-end experiences
  • Maintain code health and ensure scalability of membership systems
