Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Clarion is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and manage end-to-end implementations of AI agents that automate healthcare scheduling and patient workflows. You'll own technical deployments from scoping through go-live, serve as the primary technical contact for customers, and help scale the company's competitive advantage in healthcare automation.

What you'll do

• Write production code to build integrations, configure AI agents, and implement platform logic for customer workflows
• Own technical project plans end-to-end, coordinating resources and driving timelines from scoping to go-live
• Serve as primary technical POC for customers, leading discovery sessions and unblocking integration issues
• Monitor and optimize AI agent performance in production, diagnosing failures and refining behavior
• Translate customer feedback and field observations into product requirements for the roadmap
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth through feature deployment and problem-solving

• Production software engineering (3+ years)
