About this role
Clarity Innovations seeks a Web Development Software Engineer to join a mission-critical team at MacDill AFB supporting U.S. Special Operations Command. You'll design and develop data-driven applications across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with analysts and engineers to modernize DoD operations through secure, user-focused software solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain web applications, Android, iOS, and Windows-based software using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
- Design, prototype, and implement user interfaces that enhance operator effectiveness and data accessibility
- Participate in full software development lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and customers to troubleshoot issues and refine user experience requirements
- Apply Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices using tools like Jira
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support application functionality
