Join Clasp's AI Labs as an early-career engineer to build and ship AI-powered internal tools that help hundreds of employees work more effectively. You'll own problems end-to-end—from understanding workflows to launching solutions and measuring impact—while learning to navigate the full product development cycle with autonomy and mentorship.

What you'll do

  • Own AI products from discovery through user adoption, working directly with internal teams to understand needs and validate solutions
  • Build and refine internal AI agents, including their instructions, tools, guardrails, and evaluation mechanisms
  • Document technical decisions, risks, and operating procedures to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
  • Run educational programs like AI Champs and Lunch & Learns to upskill colleagues on AI development
  • Explore emerging AI models, tools, and patterns to identify genuinely useful applications for Clasp's workflows
  • Collaborate across the stack—frontend, backend, APIs, data flows, testing, and deployment
