IT Support Engineer
About this role
Clay is seeking an IT Support Engineer to serve as the first point of contact for the newly scaling IT function. You'll triage and resolve employee requests while partnering with the Head of IT to build and optimize helpdesk processes and workflows.
What you'll do
- Triage and resolve incoming IT requests including access, software provisioning, hardware support, and general helpdesk needs
- Own employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, hardware coordination, and system deprovisioning
- Configure and improve the ITSM platform workflows, request categories, and intake processes
- Manage helpdesk queue and ensure fast, reliable response times to employee requests
- Communicate clearly with employees and maintain service delivery standards
- Partner with Head of IT to build scalable processes and documentation
