Software Engineer (Fullstack and Backend Roles)
About this role
CLEAR is seeking fullstack software engineers to develop their secure identity platform, which serves 38+ million members across travel, enterprise, and financial services. You'll own technical projects end-to-end, collaborating with product and design teams to build scalable, reliable systems using Python, React, and TypeScript.
What you'll do
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications for the identity platform
- Own projects from technical discovery and architecture through implementation and production support
- Partner with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Drive engineering excellence by improving system reliability, performance, testing, and observability
- Contribute to architectural decisions and enhance platform scalability and security
- Conduct code reviews and share engineering best practices with teammates
