Solutions Engineer II, Healthcare
About this role
CLEAR seeks a Solutions Engineer II to drive healthcare customer success with their secure identity platform. You'll lead presales engagements, build integrations and prototypes, and serve as the technical expert bridging customer needs with product development across a growing healthcare vertical.
What you'll do
- Lead presales technical discovery, demos, RFPs, and proof-of-concepts for enterprise healthcare customers
- Develop code samples, reference applications, and architecture documentation across multiple programming languages
- Drive customer integration and troubleshoot technical issues throughout presales and implementation phases
- Create and maintain public and internal documentation to support scalability
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into roadmap priorities
- Stay current with healthcare industry trends to identify new business opportunities for CLEAR
