About this role

Clearway Energy Group seeks an M365 Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 services and Power Platform solutions. You'll manage SharePoint Online, Exchange, Teams, Intune, and related cloud infrastructure while ensuring security, compliance, and high availability across the enterprise.

What you'll do

  • Design and configure Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform with focus on security and scalability
  • Manage hybrid Microsoft Entra and on-premises Active Directory environments, including identity access management and federation
  • Develop PowerShell and Power Automate scripts to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enable self-service solutions
  • Monitor M365 usage, performance, security, and implement proactive maintenance to ensure uptime and minimal business disruption
  • Coordinate with compliance, security, and operations teams to align M365 deployments with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Support Power Platform environment provisioning and provide technical escalation for Service Desk incidents and user requests
