About this role

Join this pre-seed AI startup as a mid-level AI Engineer to build agentic systems that automate complex workflows in regulated industries like healthcare and fintech. You'll own production RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and full-stack AI products from MVP to enterprise scale, collaborating closely with founders and product teams.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain agentic systems automating multi-step workflows across healthcare, legal, fintech, logistics, and compliance domains
  • Build and operate production RAG pipelines with vector databases, embeddings, and domain-specific retrieval at scale
  • Implement multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling, memory, and reasoning components for robust AI experiences
  • Develop evaluation, safety, and monitoring infrastructure to measure performance and enforce enterprise reliability
  • Ship full-stack AI products with APIs, data models, frontend/backend code, CI/CD, and production operations
  • Collaborate with founders, product, and design to define metrics, prioritize work, and iterate on user feedback
