About this role

Early-stage healthtech startup seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to build integrations between provider practices and insurance systems while translating complex healthcare workflows into technical solutions. You'll work closely with founders and clients, shipping custom integrations quickly and contributing to core product development in a high-ownership role.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain integrations with provider practices and insurance systems using APIs, web scrapers, and RPA tooling
  • Participate in client discovery sessions to map workflows and translate them into technical requirements
  • Ship custom integrations rapidly and iterate based on feedback from live deployments
  • Contribute to core product development when integration work isn't the primary bottleneck
  • Develop expertise in US provider and payer landscape and healthcare compliance
  • Attend in-person team and client meetings with occasional travel
