About this role

Join a seed-stage startup as the first engineering hire to build an agentic integration platform serving enterprise customers. You'll own core systems end-to-end, establish engineering patterns, and collaborate directly with founders to ship production-ready AI agent and workflow automation infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Own agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime end-to-end
  • Define and establish engineering patterns, standards, and architecture for future hires
  • Collaborate with founders on technical decisions and strategic direction
  • Ship production systems with focus on reliability, observability, and scalability
  • Build end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure with measurable customer impact
  • Implement monitoring, tracing, and reliable retry/queuing patterns in distributed systems
