About this role

Join an early-stage enterprise AI platform as a founding engineer, operating at near-CTO level to build and scale agentic systems from scratch. You'll own full-stack product areas end-to-end, working with Go backends, React frontends, and cutting-edge AI infrastructure in a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed startup.

What you'll do

  • Own large product areas end-to-end from user insight through production deployment
  • Build and improve agentic systems focusing on accuracy, reliability, and capability
  • Work at the frontier of AI engineering including context engineering, tool use, and agent architectures
  • Ship full-stack features using Go backend and React + TypeScript frontend when needed
  • Design and maintain APIs (REST/gRPC) in microservices architectures with strong observability
  • Champion AI-first development practices and maintain high code review standards
