About this role
Join a founding engineering team building AI systems that automate blueprint analysis and cost estimation for construction. You'll lead the intelligence layer—computer vision and machine learning pipelines—from research through production, directly impacting housing affordability.
What you'll do
- Develop and ship computer vision pipelines and coordinated ML model systems for blueprint analysis
- Apply state-of-the-art CV, LLM, and AI techniques to construction industry problems
- Iterate on prototypes based on direct user feedback and real-world deployment data
- Own the full lifecycle from research to production-ready systems
- Handle early-stage work across the stack as needed to advance the product
- Collaborate with small founding team on technical decision-making and strategy
