About this role

Join a YC-backed AI startup as a founding engineer to build an agentic operating system for enterprise customers. You'll own full-stack product development from user research through production, working at a CTO level with significant autonomy to shape both the product and company direction.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end product features from understanding user needs to shipping production solutions
  • Design and improve agentic systems for accuracy, reliability, and scalability
  • Develop across the AI engineering stack including context engineering, tool use, and agent architectures
  • Conduct regular user interviews to validate and scope impactful features
  • Build full-stack solutions including React and Vite frontend components when needed
  • Lead code reviews while promoting AI-first development practices and automation
