About this role

Join as the first engineering hire at an early-stage agentic integration platform serving enterprise customers. You'll architect core systems end-to-end, establish technical standards for future engineers, and partner directly with founders to build production-ready infrastructure from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Own the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime end-to-end
  • Define engineering patterns and standards for the growing team
  • Contribute technical leadership and strategic input alongside the founders
  • Ship production-ready, observable, and reliable systems continuously
  • Implement end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
  • Establish observability, monitoring, and tracing practices in production
