About this role

Join an early-stage AI infrastructure startup as a founding engineer to build an operating platform for AI-native businesses. You'll own the full product stack from architecture to deployment, working directly with users in a small, high-trust team with real autonomy and accountability from day one.

What you'll do

  • Design and build the complete platform end-to-end, including agentic AI systems and core infrastructure
  • Make architectural and product decisions independently without pre-defined roadmap constraints
  • Engage directly with users to define outcomes and ship to production rapidly
  • Own production issues end-to-end: diagnose, fix, and implement preventative measures
  • Iterate quickly on AI tooling and service business infrastructure
  • Establish quality standards and raise the bar for system reliability
