About this role

Join this seed-stage gig economy platform as the founding infrastructure engineer, reporting directly to the CTO with ownership of the full runtime and platform layer. You'll architect durable execution systems, agent infrastructure, and observability pipelines while setting engineering patterns for future teams.

What you'll do

  • Own the integration runtime platform including durable execution, sandboxing, and self-healing mechanisms
  • Build and operate production-scale agent infrastructure for coding agents writing and deploying integration code
  • Design and implement comprehensive observability across logs, metrics, and distributed tracing
  • Deliver a self-hostable, single-tenant deployment of the platform as a standalone product
  • Establish foundational engineering patterns and best practices for the growing infrastructure team
  • Collaborate with founders on continuous production shipping and early-stage hiring
