About this role

A founding-level, customer-facing engineering role at a Series A AI compliance SaaS company that automates marketing and packaging reviews for enterprise brands. You'll conduct on-site discovery, execute POCs, and translate customer learnings into product direction while working directly with the founding team.

What you'll do

  • Conduct on-site customer discovery sessions to uncover unmet needs and pain points in enterprise workflows
  • Configure and ship POCs against real customer workflows, writing code and building integrations to drive fast value realization
  • Translate field learnings and customer feedback into actionable product signals and roadmap priorities
  • Build cross-functional credibility with engineering, design, sales, and customer leadership through clear technical and executive communication
  • Partner with founders and product team to shape roadmap decisions and ensure alignment with customer needs
  • Travel to customer sites and maintain on-site presence in San Francisco 3 days per week
