About this role

Join an early-stage healthtech startup as a founding product engineer building an AI-native OS for independent nurse practitioner clinics. You'll own major clinical workflows end-to-end, working closely with founders and designers to ship high-impact frontend experiences while shaping backend architecture and APIs.

What you'll do

  • Own clinician-facing workflows from concept through production, testing, and iteration
  • Collaborate with designers, founders, and clinicians to define product behavior without waiting for finished specs
  • Drive frontend architecture and technical direction across provider and patient applications
  • Design APIs, data models, and system behavior while primarily focusing on frontend implementation
  • Debug complex production issues spanning browsers, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure
  • Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews and pragmatic technical decision-making
