About this role

Join a fast-growing European AI voice automation startup as a founding product engineer with end-to-end ownership of features. You'll work across the full stack (Node.js, TypeScript, React) in a small, high-ownership team, directly impacting thousands of SME customers while balancing rapid iteration with scalability.

What you'll do

  • Own features end-to-end from hypothesis validation through production release
  • Lead product discovery by designing and running lightweight experiments to validate ideas
  • Maintain customer and partner contact to surface and prioritize pain points
  • Design and implement tracking and metrics for data-driven iteration
  • Make architecture decisions and drive full-stack implementation to release
  • Balance pragmatic fast-moving solutions with long-term scalability needs
