About this role

A founding GTM engineer role at an early-stage AI/ML infrastructure startup, responsible for building and scaling the entire outbound revenue pipeline from prospecting through deal closure. You'll combine technical fluency with GTM execution, owning pipeline metrics, automation workflows, and messaging strategy while working directly with the founding team.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end outbound pipeline including targeting, enrichment, sequencing, follow-up, and meeting booking
  • Build and maintain GTM automation systems: email sequences, CRM workflows, lead scoring, and custom tooling
  • Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with ML engineers, researchers, and technical leaders
  • Deploy AI tools and automation to maximize outbound output and operational leverage
  • Conduct rapid prospect research and industry analysis to identify product-market fit opportunities
  • Monitor pipeline metrics and optimize conversion rates across all funnel stages
