About this role

This founding GTM engineer role at an early-stage AI infrastructure company focuses on building and scaling the outbound sales pipeline from scratch. You'll own the complete revenue motion—from prospect targeting and enrichment to meeting booking—while working directly with founders and leveraging AI tools to drive results with technical buyers.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute end-to-end outbound pipeline from targeting through meeting booking
  • Design GTM workflows including email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tooling
  • Use AI tools and automation (scrapers, workflow platforms) to scale GTM output
  • Develop and iterate messaging tailored to ML engineers, AI researchers, and technical leaders
  • Research prospect businesses to identify pain points and industry-specific use cases
  • Track pipeline metrics and optimize conversion rates across all stages
