About this role
ClickUp seeks a Strategic Solutions Engineer in Seattle to serve as a technical bridge between sales, success, and enterprise customers. You'll design proof-of-value projects, deliver technical presentations, build custom dashboards, and support complex deals while leveraging AI and integration platforms to drive customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Partner with sales and success teams to deliver technical product presentations and integration demos to prospects and clients
- Design, develop, and manage customer-specific proof-of-value projects and implementations
- Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for client management teams
- Respond to functional and technical aspects of RFPs and enterprise deal requirements
- Maintain updated demo environments and stay current on ClickUp feature releases
- Support Pacific Northwest customers with periodic onsite meetings and deal acceleration
