Product Engineer

About this role

Join Coframe as a Product Engineer to own and drive a product line combining product management and engineering skills. You'll work with a talented, well-funded team building adaptive AI-powered interfaces, shipping fast while deeply understanding user needs and leveraging modern AI development tools.

What you'll do

• Conduct daily user research through interviews, session recordings, and funnel analysis
• Ship product improvements rapidly to production
• Build and prototype initial versions, then coordinate handoff of complex features
• Align product direction with company vision and business metrics
• Mentor teams on AI-assisted development practices and tools
• Drive both technical solutions and process improvements

• Product sense and design taste
• AI tool proficiency (Claude, Cursor, Devin, etc.)
• User research and problem-solving
• Cross-functional communication
• Prioritization and context-switching ability
• Fast iteration and shipping mindset
• Engineering or technical product background (preferred)
