Solutions Engineer
About this role
Coframe seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge sales and engineering by conducting technical discovery, designing custom solutions, delivering product demos, and guiding customers through implementation of their adaptive interface platform. You'll work cross-functionally to translate customer needs into technical solutions and product feedback.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and understand customer goals, environments, and integration requirements
- Design tailored solutions and build proofs of concept demonstrating Coframe's value
- Deliver customized product demonstrations to technical and business stakeholders
- Guide customers through technical evaluation, onboarding, and implementation phases
- Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with engineering on technical blockers
- Create technical sales collateral, documentation, and translate customer feedback to product team
