About this role

Composio is seeking a QA Engineer to own product quality across its AI agent integration platform, testing features, APIs, dashboards, and end-to-end workflows before release. You'll validate integrations with tools like GitHub and Salesforce, perform exploratory testing to find edge cases, build regression suites, and work closely with engineers to resolve quality issues in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute test plans for new features across integrations, APIs, dashboards, and AI workflows
  • Test REST APIs and third-party integrations for authentication, webhooks, rate limits, retries, and error handling
  • Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues missed by automated checks
  • Write automated tests using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python with frameworks like Playwright or Cypress
  • Investigate production issues using logs, network traces, and API responses; reproduce and verify customer-reported bugs
  • Maintain regression coverage and strengthen release quality by partnering with engineers on acceptance criteria

What they're looking for

  • API testing (Postman, Bruno, Insomnia)
  • Exploratory and functional testing
  • JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
  • Test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, pytest)
  • SQL for data validation
  • Browser developer tools and network debugging
  • CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
  • Clear written communication and bug reporting
