About this role

Convex seeks a GTM Engineer to design and build the data infrastructure and workflows that transform product usage signals into qualified pipeline. • Build AI-assisted outbound campaigns that are genuinely valuable to developers, avoiding generic messaging
  • Design and implement internal tools and agents that amplify the commercial team's productivity
  • Audit the GTM stack, identify gaps, and build custom solutions where point-and-click tools fall short
  • Write production GTM systems using Convex's platform, dogfooding the product
  • Measure campaign performance and iterate on what works

What they're looking for

  • Data modeling and SQL
  • API integration and systems architecture
  • TypeScript or scripting languages
  • Hands-on AI/LLM application experience
  • Revenue operations or sales systems background
