About this role

Join DoorDash Labs' data visualization team to build introspection tools for Dot, an autonomous delivery robot. You'll own full-stack applications that transform complex robot sensor data, logs, and telemetry into intuitive 3D visualizations and dashboards used across autonomy, operations, and executive teams.

What you'll do

  • Architect and develop full-stack web applications for robot data introspection and visualization
  • Build and maintain C++ visualization frameworks that transform robot data into 2D/3D web outputs
  • Design intuitive interfaces for time series data, video playback, and 3D scene reconstruction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with autonomy, operations, product, and executive teams
  • Identify opportunities for new visualization systems and execute roadmaps with high autonomy
  • Maintain high quality standards and optimize performance for data-heavy applications

  • 3D computer graphics (WebGL, three.js, or similar)
  • Full-stack software development
  • Modern C++ and STL
  • High-performance browser technologies (WebCodecs, Web Workers)

  • Robotics or autonomous systems domain knowledge
