About this role

Credal seeks a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to embed with enterprise customers in high-impact sectors, owning end-to-end execution of complex AI workflow projects. You'll work independently or in small teams to deliver critical outcomes while directly shaping the product through real-world learnings.

What you'll do

  • Embed directly with customer organizations to understand their mission-critical needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects with minimal oversight, similar to a startup CTO role
  • Collaborate with customer leaders and end users to iterate on product approaches and implementations
  • Identify product improvements and gaps based on customer interactions and real-world usage patterns
  • Balance technical depth with pragmatic problem-solving in complex, ambiguous environments
  • Work independently or in small teams to deliver measurable business and technical outcomes
