About this role
Cresta seeks a Principal Solutions Engineer to serve as the internal and external expert on AI Agent technology, driving technical credibility and accelerating enterprise opportunities from early sales through deployment. You'll lead workshops, own use case discovery, support complex demos, and build the business case for AI Agent solutions while partnering closely with Core SEs and Forward Deployed teams.
What you'll do
- Serve as the go-to expert on Cresta's AI Agent capabilities, establishing technical credibility early in the sales cycle
- Design and facilitate technical discovery workshops with prospects to explore AI Agent use cases and define implementation scope
- Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to surface, propose, and refine AI Agent use cases while evaluating integration and API feasibility
- Partner with Core SEs to own and support high-stakes AI Agent demonstrations for complex opportunities
- Translate AI Agent solutions into ROI models and financial business cases for economic buyers
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed teams on handoffs and feedback loops, synthesizing patterns to inform product roadmap
