About this role

Join an advisory firm as a Forward Development Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered agentic workflows for enterprise finance clients. You'll architect multi-agent systems, integrate with ERP/EPM/CRM platforms, and lead rapid client deployments while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to firm-wide AI innovation.

What you'll do

  • Deploy and configure AI Jumpstart packages in client environments within the first week, including data connectors and agent logic validation
  • Design and build multi-agent orchestration workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen with task decomposition and human-in-the-loop checkpoints
  • Integrate enterprise systems (NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, Workday) via APIs and MCP connectors with focus on data reconciliation and audit readiness
  • Write and optimize LLM prompts, implement function-calling patterns, and fine-tune RAG strategies for accuracy and auditability
  • Package agents as containerized microservices with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring for production reliability at client scale
  • Mentor junior engineers, develop reusable accelerators, and contribute to new service offerings and recruiting initiatives

  • Finance domain knowledge (month-end close, FP&A, revenue recognition)
