AV Engineer
About this role
Crusoe seeks an experienced AV Engineer to design, build, and standardize audio-visual systems across the company's growing global office footprint. You'll own enterprise AV standards, program complex Crestron environments, lead new site build-outs, and ensure reliable remote-first system support for collaboration spaces ranging from huddle rooms to large All-Hands venues.
What you'll do
- Define and document enterprise-wide AV standards, room schematics, signal flow diagrams, and SOPs across all Crusoe sites
- Program and configure Crestron systems for large-scale environments including All-Hands spaces and multi-camera conference rooms
- Design end-to-end room automation systems with scheduling, control processors, camera framing, audio DSP, and lighting integration
- Lead AV planning and execution for new office builds and site expansions globally
- Partner with low-voltage contractors and AV vendors to review designs, cabling, and installations against Crusoe standards
- Troubleshoot AV incidents across displays, audio, video conferencing, and control systems; drive continuous standards improvements
