About this role

Crusoe seeks an Enablement Engineer to build and deliver training programs, technical content, and customer enablement materials for Crusoe Cloud. You'll act as a technical bridge between customers, product, and marketing, training users on platform features while representing the company at industry events and creating reference architectures.

What you'll do

  • Deliver live training, webinars, and workshops to teach customers Crusoe Cloud features and best practices
  • Produce technical content including blog posts, whitepapers, guides, and how-to videos
  • Build and maintain reference architectures and sandbox examples on GitHub integrating with CNCF ecosystem tools
  • Speak at industry events like KubeCon as an evangelist and subject matter expert
  • Create proof-of-concept guides and technical decks to support sales and inform product roadmap
  • Manage enablement catalog for customer onboarding and internal employee training
