About this role

Crusoe seeks an Enablement Engineer to train customers on Crusoe Cloud capabilities, build technical content and sandbox examples, and serve as the public technical voice of the platform. You'll deliver webinars, produce technical materials, represent the company at industry events, and bridge customer needs with product and marketing teams.

What you'll do

  • Deliver live training, webinars, and workshops on Crusoe Cloud features and capabilities
  • Produce technical content including blog posts, whitepapers, and guides on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
  • Create and produce video content: how-to videos, feature deep-dives, and webinar demos
  • Build reference architectures and sandbox examples on GitHub integrating with CNCF ecosystem tools
  • Represent Crusoe as speaker and evangelist at industry events like KubeCon
  • Develop POC guides and technical decks for sales enablement and gather customer feedback for product roadmap

What they're looking for

  • Deep Kubernetes knowledge (API servers, namespaces, RBAC, multi-tenancy)
  • Virtual machine and private cloud infrastructure experience (OpenStack, KubeVirt)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)
  • AWS/EKS, Azure, or GCP proficiency
  • Technical training and webinar delivery
  • Content creation and video production
  • Complex technical communication to diverse audiences
  • Sales enablement and developer advocacy
