About this role

Crusoe seeks an early-career Manufacturing Engineer to bridge design and production for modular AI infrastructure facilities. You'll optimize plant layouts, analyze production data, and support continuous improvement initiatives while gaining hands-on experience across the factory floor.

What you'll do

  • Assist with plant layout design and material flow optimization for manufacturing floors
  • Perform time studies and data analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput
  • Support Design for Manufacturability (DFMA) reviews with factory floor feedback
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and assembly work instructions
  • Help design manufacturing aids, jigs, and fixtures to improve ergonomics and safety
  • Track key performance indicators and assist with real-time production issue resolution
