About this role

DSA seeks a remote ServiceNow SPM Application Developer for a defense technology customer. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Strategic Portfolio Management solutions within ServiceNow to support mission-critical portfolio, project, and resource management requirements.

What you'll do

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow SPM solutions covering demand intake, portfolio prioritization, and executive reporting
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow platform components supporting project and program execution workflows
• Translate business portfolio and resource management requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Support capacity planning, investment funding, and roadmap planning functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver mission-aligned applications
• Perform ongoing administration and optimization of SPM implementations
