Founding Software Engineer

Join Dialogue AI as a founding engineer to build an AI-powered customer research platform that automates study creation, interviews, and insight extraction. You'll work across the full stack alongside experienced founders, directly shaping the product, infrastructure, and company culture from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Develop across frontend, backend, and AI components of the customer research platform
• Collaborate with founding team to define product direction and technical architecture
• Take ownership of significant product areas and drive them from concept to launch
• Integrate and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development
• Contribute to building company culture and engineering practices as an early team member
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback to inform product decisions
