Partner Technical Delivery Engineer

About this role

Dialpad seeks a Partner Technical Delivery Engineer to design and deliver hands-on technical training programs for its global partner network. You'll own end-to-end execution of 20+ annual workshops, bootcamps, and certifications while managing lab environments, content, and logistics across multiple regions.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver technical workshops, bootcamps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ regions
• Coordinate logistics, instructor resources, and staffing for 20+ major events annually
• Develop lab guides and hands-on lab environments for live training across all product families
• Create and maintain technical playbooks and certification content on Docebo LMS
• Lead Lunch & Learn roadshow series across 18+ North American cities
• Drive marketing coordination and channel-driven registration for training events
