About this role

Dialpad seeks a Partner Technical Delivery Engineer to design and deliver hands-on technical training for their global partner ecosystem. You'll own workshops, bootcamps, certifications, and lab environments while collaborating with sales, product, and enablement teams to keep partners up-to-date on the latest product innovations.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver end-to-end technical workshops, bootcamps, and summits across North America, EMEA, and ANZ regions
  • Coordinate logistics, staffing, and instructor resources for 20+ major events annually
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive lab guides and hands-on lab environments for live training
  • Create technical playbooks and certification materials for product families including Connect, CX, and Agentic AI
  • Lead the Lunch & Learn roadshow series across 18 North American cities
  • Manage Docebo LMS content and partner certification grading to ensure material stays current with product releases
