About this role

Dialpad seeks a Partner Technical Delivery Engineer to design and deliver hands-on technical enablement for its global partner network. You'll own workshop delivery, certification programs, lab environments, and training content across multiple regions, translating product roadmaps into partner-ready programs that drive pipeline growth.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver end-to-end technical workshops, bootcamps, and summits across North America, EMEA, and ANZ regions
  • Coordinate staffing, instructor resources, and logistics for 20+ major events annually
  • Develop comprehensive lab guides and maintain hands-on lab environments for live training
  • Create and maintain technical playbooks and certification content for Connect, CX, Agentic AI, and Managed Services products
  • Manage Lunch & Learn roadshow across 18 North American cities and drive event attendance
  • Own technical LMS content in Docebo and deliver certification grading and validation
