About this role
Diamond Foundry, a leading lab-grown diamond producer, seeks an Application Engineering Manager to drive customer adoption of single-crystal diamond solutions for semiconductor thermal management and advanced packaging applications in the Bay Area.
What you'll do
- Support and expand relationships with key semiconductor customers implementing diamond thermal solutions
- Develop technical documentation and application guides for diamond wafer integration
- Collaborate with product and manufacturing teams to address customer requirements and feedback
- Drive technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concept projects with enterprise clients
- Present diamond material advantages and thermal performance data to engineering and executive stakeholders
- Identify market opportunities and competitive advantages in AI, power electronics, and wireless segments
