What you'll do

  • Develop and optimize scalable manufacturing processes aligned with additive manufacturing and advanced assembly technologies
  • Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives and rapid iteration cycles to meet aggressive timelines
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve yield, cycle times, first-pass quality, and data collection
  • Develop manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process plans ensuring AS9100 and regulatory compliance
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, resolve hardware nonconformance, and lead cross-functional technical teams
