Join DoorDash's Developer Experience team to build foundational infrastructure—monorepos, build systems, and AI-powered development tools—that empower hundreds of web engineers across multiple companies. You'll architect solutions that directly enhance productivity and shape the future of web development at scale.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement foundational libraries and build systems for DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo web applications
  • Develop agent-first development tooling and CI systems that enhance engineer productivity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver large-scale infrastructure initiatives
  • Mentor web engineers and foster best practices across the engineering community
  • Navigate and ship changes in large, complex codebases and monorepos
  • Gather user feedback and data to prioritize high-impact developer experience improvements
