Solution Engineer, Symbiosys

About this role

Symbiosys.ai seeks a Solution Engineer to guide retailers and ad channels through technical onboarding on their retail media SaaS platform. You'll bridge sales, product, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, validate integrations, and troubleshoot launch blockers.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for retailers and ad channels from discovery through post-launch support
• Validate event tracking, data feeds, campaign setup, and reporting to ensure accurate launches
• Troubleshoot API integrations, conversion tracking, e-commerce platforms, and ad channel connectivity issues
• Gather partner feedback and identify recurring issues to surface product opportunities
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across internal and external teams
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation and practical launch decisions
