Desktop Systems Engineer

About this role

DRW seeks a Desktop Systems Engineer to provide comprehensive endpoint support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments for a fast-paced trading firm. You'll manage hardware deployment, user provisioning, infrastructure monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards for security and performance.

What you'll do

• Provide advanced desktop support and troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, and Linux across offices and remote users
• Build, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, virtual machines, and mobile devices; manage hardware refreshes and infrastructure upgrades
• Manage user provisioning, Active Directory accounts, VPN access, MFA, and security group permissions
• Support conference room technologies, AV systems, and collaboration platforms like Zoom and Teams
• Monitor endpoint infrastructure health and proactively address performance, security, and compliance issues
• Participate in on-call rotations, after-hours maintenance windows, and office transitions
